Did I shave my legs for this…
Lexi, my 5 yr. old little girl just asked if she could start shaving her legs. That freaks me out tremendously and I realized even more that I want her to be 5 yrs. old for a very long time.
For the record - we told her NO!

We’ve successfully raised 4 kids, 2 of which are girls. When they asked if they could shave their legs (at a very young age), I trusted the Lord to give me the words to say, and this is what came to me: I told them, “When you begin to grow hair under your arms, this is the clue that it’s time for a girl to shave her legs!” And, I added that they should “enjoy being a little girl as long as they can, because once they grow into a woman, they can never be a little girl again!”
It worked, and they didn’t ask again until….
