Reading List
I tend to be a very eclectic reader. Right now I am in the middle of Vintage Jesus and Leadership and Self Deception. On my bookshelf and the to-read list are The Leadership Pipeline, Blue Ocean Strategy, He-Motions, A Godward Life and biographies of Ronald Reagan and Bill Bright.Â
It’s fun learning from a variety of sources. What other books should be on my radar? What are you reading?

I recently finished “On the Edge of the Dark Sea of Darkness” by Andrew Peterson

I’m currently working through “Baseball Hacks” little by little. It’s great, but if you’re not a geek AND a baseball fan, you wouldn’t care for it.
Made to Stick has been an incredible read - I would highly recommend it. Also, The World is Flat, by Thomas Friedman, is an interesting book - it’s a long read though. If you want an abridged version - Friedman did a lecture at MIT and it’s available on Itunes U for free.
Ron - that baseball book sounds scary!
Josh - Made to Stick is good. Like it much. I LOVE abridged versions of almost anything.
maybe the Five faces of Creative Genius… it might not be a book for you but for your tech and sound people it would be a great read!!! It talks about the fact that we are all “creative” and the different types or ways that we express or work through that creativity. It will enhance some methods and make you appreciate some others.
Nancy Ortberg, I don’t know if you know who she is or not but she did a talk at the orange conference on Necessary Conflict. If you can find that talk I strongly urge you to get it. That talk is incredible. Anyway man wish you and Todd could have made it to the big day but I know you were busy. Keep up the good work.
